Having just begun my search for new and less costly insurance than what I had at the time, I went online to do a health quote search. On Saturday early evening, within an hour I received a call from Mr. Jordan. He was so personable, polite, not in the least "pushy", and so reassuring that he could get me insured, in spite of some health problems that I had. I knew from talking to him that I could put my confidence in him and his agency to find the right plan for my situation.

During the underwriting process, each time that I called Mr. Jordan, if he wasn't available, he would return my phone call promptly. Now after being insured with him and his agency for several months, if I have a question, I pick up the phone and call him and he's there to help. With lots of people feeling in regards to insurance companies that they are so impersonal and sometimes non-caring, I am so pleased to have Mr. Jordan as my agent, and I believe you will too. What a nice and impressive young man!
